Be in Style with Cool Golf Accessories
What’s the latest on the golf accessories scene?

When it comes to having fun playing this game, golf accessories can help make it happen. Some
golf accessories are basic to playing a round of golf, while others are just cool to use. If you buy
your set of golf clubs, there is usually a golf bag included. But there are some really cool golf bags
available in both Internet and brick-and-mortar stores. Chances are, there were golf club covers
included in that set of golf clubs, but, again, there are covers available that will not only protect
your clubs from corrosion, but will set you apart from the others on the golf course. Besides golf
bags and golf club covers, there are other essentials such as tees, ball markers, and divot repair
tools.

A round of golf can be played wearing inexpensive athletic shoes, but if you want to really dig in
when you make a stroke, you need to use golf shoes. The cleats, which are removable for after the
game or for playing certain courses, are actually indispensable to a good round of golf. Rather
than one of the optional golf accessories, golf shoes are pretty much a given in the formula of
playing a good game.

How about the clothes you wear—are they considered golf accessories? I would say that they can
be a motivator to better, more professional play, or if they are too sloppy, they can create a casual,
sloppy manner in your performance. One item of clothing that is actually a must have is a good hat
or visor that blocks out the sun and even curves around the forehead to maximize protection from
glare. Many golfers find it advantageous to wear a pair of polarized, UV-ray-reducing sunglasses to
help them see their golf ball and to protect their eyes during bright sunlight.

If you choose not to drive a golf cart on your round, there are golf bag carriers that can be used to
free you from carrying that heavy golf bag. You can use this helpful golf accessory to carry a water
bottle, goodies, and a towel, and also to have easy access to golf balls and tees at a location near
the handle. The golf bag is always upright and all zippered pockets are in easy reach. My personal
preference is to use a “caddy” like this one, which gives you the exercise of walking but frees your
arms and shoulders from stress so they are at their best when you make your next shot. However,
many golfers like the feel of a golf bag on their shoulders and think of it as part of the game of golf.
If you use this method and opt out of using a bag-carrying golf accessory, you might consider
getting a golf bag with double loops in the handle so you can put both arms through the loops and
place the weight of the bag evenly across both shoulders. I personally have a golf bag like this. It
can be carried on one shoulder, too.

Are there cool golf accessories available online? You bet! Many times there is no sales tax
involved in an online purchase. Even though there is usually a shipping charge, compare that to
the cost of gas to shop the brick-and-mortar stores. In many cases, you can end up spending less for
golf accessories on the Internet than in retail stores because of the above reasons and because
there is less overhead for an online merchant. True, you can’t touch the actual golf accessory, but
you can see a picture of it, and if you have a brand preference based on earlier purchases, you can
trust the quality of the brand in your online buying.

Surf the online golf accessory shops in these links to buy the golf accessories that will give you the
style of a pro out on the course. Pros use top-name-brand golf accessories, not only because they
get paid for endorsing them, but because they want to look and feel like a pro. Let’s face it, with
enough practice, the only thing separating the amateurs from the pros is that they don’t get paid for
a good game. But, they can still look like pros by buying cool, stylish golf accessories that are not
only great-looking, but practical, in making your game sizzle.
